Being in our bodies can be hard. And being kind to our selves when life is challenging can be difficult. In today’s podcast episode I want to share with you a Body Scan meditation practice that focuses on sending kindness to our body.
I am aware that this may not be an easy practice, but I encourage you to give it a listen all the same.
With a Body Scan practice the emphasis is on being comfortable, so make sure that you sit or lie down with all the cushions and support you need to make your body comfortable during the guided meditation, which is about 20 minutes.
