In today’s solo episode I share the practice of “When/Then”, which is a tool of exploring how your current thought process may be keeping you from living in the present moment.

Do you find yourself thinking; “When I have lost (x) weight, then I will do (insert what you are currently putting off due to your weight)?

Or perhaps you’re not putting off things you want to do, but your sense of happiness and contentment? I used to say to myself before getting on the scales that “If/when the scales shows (magical number) then I will be happy.”

In this podcast episode I will share with you a way to reframe this kind of thinking, and ‘try it on for size’, to feel into it, and to explore if it really is your weight that is holding you back from doing what you want to do.
