This week I am speaking with the fabulous Sinead Crowe from @intutive.eating.irealand

Sinead is an Intuitive Eating Counsellor, a Nutritional Therapist and a Perinatal Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. She is also the mother of 4 children.

Sinead shares with me candidly her own dieting journey, how she found Intuitive Eating and how moving away from dieting towards non-diet weight inclusive practice has both changed her own relationship with food after more than 20 years of binge eating and yo-yo dieting but also why she is now so passionate about spreading the word.
