What are your different hungers and how can you feed and nourish them in a supportive way?
There is so much to say on this topic and it is something that I find incredibly fascinating with this work. There are so many layers of nuance, complexity and symbolism that our relationship with food, eating and our bodies can reveal.
A question that I will leave you with is this: What is your favourite comfort food? That food or dish that makes you feel cared for, supported and nourished?
