In this week’s episode I speak with Emma Murphy.
We really dive deep into the different aspects of binge eating and emotional eating such as personality type (which might make you more vulnerable to developing disordered eating), trauma and dieting.
You will learn what the risk factors are, when people typically tend to seek help, what help to look for if you are struggling and what the benefits of seeking out professional support are.
It is a jam-packed episode with so many gems from Emma’s years of experience in this field.
