Welcome to The Joyful + Nourishment Podcast!

This is the very first episode of this initial 10 episode podcast series, hosted by Linn Thorstensson, Nutritional Therapist and Body Image Coach.

I envision this podcast to be a space for conversations and explorations around all the things that gets in the way of having a kind, compassionate and peaceful relationship with food, eating and body image. You can say that it is an eating disorder recovery podcast as such.

Together with my guests I will explore how to move away from dieting toward body acceptance, healing binge and emotional eating, what intuitive eating is and much more.

In this first episode I wshare with you my own personal story around my relationship with food, eating and my body, as well as my professional journey from my early days out of college to becoming an weight inclusive non-diet nutritionist who specialised in helping people heal their relationship with food, eating and their body, which I do today.

Joyful + Nourishment
The Joyful + Nourishment Podcast
This is a Podcast about all things that helps or hinders us from having a joyful + nourishing relationship with food, eating and our bodies. We talk about Diet Culture, eating disorder recovery, binge eating, emotional eating and body image distress.
Joyful, pleasurable nourishment is a radical act in a culture that wants us to stay small.
