Vicky has been my business mentor for a few years now. I love how down to earth she is and how practial her advice always is. Highly recommed her and her programms, if you are a small wellness business owner looking for sound support on your journey.
Kathryn writes prolifically on the intersection of creativity and mental health, a topic that I have become increasingly more interested in. Many of us might hold a sterotype of the "stuggling artist", but what about the other way around? That engaging in art can be beneficial to our mental health. Well if you are interested in that, then you will enjoy Kathryn's work.
Jeanette writes unapologetically about living life in a fat body. And so she should! I am here for it.
Miguel writes straight from the heart on important topic such as ADHD, Neurodivergence, Gut-Brain connection and more. His uniqe blend of being highly educated on these topics, with his own lived experience and his special creative flare makes his newsletter both informative and engaging. Highly recommend xo

If you are able bodied, then you need to read Madelleine's writing to understand what it is like to live with chronic illness that can and often is debilitating. If you are someone who identifies as living with chronic illness, then you will find someone in Madelleine who gets it. Her work is amazing.
Anjali's exquisite writing is invaluable in today's conversations around food and health. She talks and highlights many different, often difficult and complex topics as it pertains to nutrition, health within our current socio-political and cultural contex. I can't recommend her Substack enough!
