In this week’s solo episode I will explore with you what Diet Culture is, how it tends to show up everywhere and that is does have an impact on everyone but that people who are living in larger bodies and are fat are disproportionately harmed more than people who are thin.
There are so many great points in here. I love that you brought up being protective of your relationship with food. You're much further in your recovery, but I already feel a little of this, too. I've come too far to slip back into such a destructive headspace. That's one of my defenses against dieting.
